Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your floral purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a replacement or store credit. Please note that we cannot accept returns for custom orders or items damaged due to improper care.
